microsoft ,salesforce.com sagecrm.com etc are offering their services on subscription model..can someone please tell the features/benifits of subscription model in CRM?

Hi,The subscription model basically means that you don’t buy the licenses, nor you own the infrastructure. You just buy exactly the same CRM as for your on-premise deployment (Microsoft – Salesforce does not even offer on-premise deployments) for as many users
