I have a report that exports out to MS Word fine, but when I export to PDF, it shows the headers on one page and the report on the next page.
Is this a known bug on SQL Server 2008 RTM? (no service pack installed).
Any help would be appreciated!
Hi,u try to do adjustment with report property..Go to report property from menu option report->Report property and got to layout and increase page width and height…plz MARK AS ANSWER if it helped you,,Regards,SAGAR JOSHI/
Thanks Sagar, but the report properties are fine, I have a 11″ X 8.5″ layout, and a 9″ X 5″ report, in fact, it renders fine when exporting to MS Word.That’s why I’m leaning towards the SPs not being installed, the behaviour is odd.
Hi,”SSRS export to PDF distorts formatting on SQL Server 2008″whenever ssrs reports are exported to PDF there will be formatting issues and this is unavoidable.The only solution to this is if it is sure that your ssrs report is always exported to PDF format then go ahead and do the modifications in the design
