All Team Foundation Reports Result in “No connection could be made because the target machine active

I’m running Team Foundation 2008 with SQL Server 2005.  I recently had to rebuild both the data and app tiers in a dual server deployment.  Since then, I haven’t been able to get the Reporting capabilities working again.  Right now, when I try to view a report I get the following error….

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Cannot create a connection to data source ‘TfsOlapReportDS’. (rsErrorOpeningConnection)
The connection either timed out or was lost.
Unable to connect to the remote server
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it :80

Any suggestions?

I have verified all of the information here…
